As part of a co-design process, based on your statement of needs, Arès Technologies can help to ensure the conformity of your technical files before manufacturing your products. This methodology can be used to define suitable protection around your components and functional tests to be carried out to ensure the conformity of your products, based on your requirements. As part of the test, we will check that the components are appropriately interconnected, and integrate the test cards in the backplane.

 

We can also provide support when optimizing the cost of constructing your products by ensuring you benefit from the expertise of our engineering and methods teams from the start of your project.

WE CAN BE INVOLVED IN A CO-DESIGN PROCESS AND OFFER THE FOLLOWING SOLUTION: 

  • Assistance with drafting the statement of needs (STB).
  • Adapt teams to match changes to specifications.
  • Select the main product components.
  • Select and manufacture backplanes to eliminate "signal" and "power" interconnections.
  • Consider functional restrictions for usage: conductor treatment, EMC joint.
  • Test and carry out the final inspection according to the procedures established with the customer (consideration of KC (Key Characteristics)).
  • Draft and issue the declaration of compliance.
